In order to bring the cost more affordable for participants, every departure of our to Carstensz Pyramid Expedition requires 4-6 participants going. For sure if there are more people going, the cost per person would be less accordingly. There is no limitation of number of participants in every departure, however during the summit days due to its difficulties and high risks, in every climb it allows only 4-6 participants

PRIVATE EXPEDITION
We are also available for Private Trip for Expedition, minimum participant for Private Expedition is 4 person, and you flexible for choose your schedule of expedition, Getting special cost for this expedition, please contact us for discuss.

REFUNDS
Refunds are not made for unused services, except those which can be recovered from airlines for unused flights and these may be claimed through us (if the flight bookings made through us) or to the travel agencies who arrange your flight bookings.

CANCELLATION
If you cancel your booking there is no refund on each deposit and balance payment.

CHANGES TO THE ITINERARY
Carstensz Pyramid Expeditions are organized many months in advance and it may become necessary to make alteration on your plan. Where practically, we will advise you of such changes before you depart to Indonesia, although occasionally we may be forced to make changes en route due to the causes beyond our control. You should keep in touch with us.

TRAVEL INSURANCES
All of our tours are not covered by travel insurance. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance which covers loss of deposits, cancellation charges, luggage claims, medical expenses and others. The travel insurance should be arranged at the travel agencies in your country before you depart to Indonesia.
